Privacy Policy

Effective from 28 September 2026. This policy follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules.

1. Who is responsible

innoVRative Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is the Data Fiduciary for the data of brokers who use PropDost. For your clients' and enquirers' details that you add or receive through your website, you decide why it is used, and PropDost processes it for you.

2. What we collect

• About you: name, phone, email, business name, RERA number if you give it, photo, logo.
• Your business content: listings, photos, videos, locations, prices.
• Leads and clients: names, phone numbers, requirements and notes added by you or captured from your website forms.
• Usage: pages viewed, device and browser details, approximate location, and how features are used.
• Payments: plan and billing details. Card or UPI details are handled by our payment partner, not stored by us. Add payment partner name
• Voice: if you use voice entry, the audio you speak, used only to turn it into text.

3. Why we use it

• To create and run your account, website and dashboard.
• To send lead alerts, reminders and service messages, including on WhatsApp.
• To show your listings on your website, and on the Broker Map only when you choose.
• To record timestamped lead registrations.
• To bill you, prevent fraud, fix bugs and improve PropDost.
• To follow the law.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your clients' details for our own marketing.

4. Your consent

We ask for clear consent before collecting your data, in simple language, in English, Hindi or Gujarati. Nothing is pre ticked. You can withdraw consent anytime. Withdrawing may stop some features from working.

5. Who we share it with

• Other brokers or builders, only when you choose to share a listing or register a lead. Lead contact details stay hidden until you decide to reveal them.
• Service providers who help us run PropDost, such as hosting, messaging, payments, analytics, and ad platforms if you use ads. They must protect your data and use it only for our instructions.
• Authorities, when the law or a court requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and for a limited time after, as needed for billing, legal duties and disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to: show what data we hold, correct it, delete it, export it, or name someone to act for you if you cannot. Write to us and we will reply within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and limited staff access. No system is fully risk free. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board within the time the law requires.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools to keep you logged in, remember settings and understand usage. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may not work.

10. Children

PropDost is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data of anyone under 18.

11. Your clients' data

If you add a client's details, you confirm you have their permission to store and contact them. If a person asks you to delete their data, you can remove it from your dashboard, or write to us and we will help.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you before it applies.
